LVS Homes Inc. has been involved in the development, construction and redevelopment of thousands of homes and apartments across North Georgia. Founder Larry Stouffer is currently President of the Lumpkin County HBA.

Larry Stouffer began his career in the early 70's restoring 18th century homes along the seacoast in Delaware. Transplanted to the Atlanta area in the 80's, he was a partner in a regional development company specializing in commercial and residential developments. During the 90's Larry became the Director of Construction for a large Atlanta homebuilder.

To reflect the personal nature of custom home building, Larry Stouffer took his vast experience in the industry and created LVS Homes to provide a personal, efficient and customer oriented home building experience for his clients. Building upon this foundation LVS Homes prides itself on providing quality homes utilizing the latest in environmentally conscious materials and progressive construction techniques. The result is a home which owners can take pride in for its design as well as its appearance.
