Open Custom Barn With Loft & Staircase

This beautiful, yet simple design was the perfect fit for our artist customer in Dahlonega, Georgia.

	Approximately 30' x 45', this country barn was the dream of a local artist who wanted a rustic setting for his art studio.
	Inspired by the look of rough-hewn lumber, this open barn design offers a spacious area in which the customer can work in privacy.
	Open staircase leads to large loft area.

Community Pavilion

This custom pavilion is the focal point of the community area in the center of Fern Park Subdivision, a private, mountain community located in North Georgia.

	Approximately 30' x 45', this L-shaped pavilion features solid wood posts set in stacked rick support footer, a 10" concrete floor and vaulted wood interior ceiling.
